George Morgan Rich Jr. was born on October 2, 1946 to the late George Morgan Rich, Sr. and Elva Rich. He attended the Baltimore Public School System, graduating from Carver Vocational High School in 1963. He worked as a Technical Engineer at the Sinai Hospital and University of Maryland Hospital. George also worked for two years at the Hecht Company. George went into business for himself as an Araba. This was a job that he would enjoy for the rest of his life, being his own boss. George married his childhood sweetheart Marion on August 15, 1979 and from this union 2 children were born. Marion preceded him in death. He was proud of who he was, a loving father. Although to the oldest son he was the big brother, uncle, best friend and even a trainer for those who would want to learn how to stand on their own two feet. Georgse leaves to cherish his memory; one son, George Morgan Rich, III, one daughter Yolanda Nicole Rich Wheatley Jason; grandchildren, Jazzmin Rich, Jac'lyn Rich and Cornell Riles, Jr.; three brothers that preceded him in death, Allen, William and James Rich; seven sisters, Dorothy Quincey, Lillian Wilder, Margaret, Geraldine, Helen, Juanita and Shirley; Three brothers-in-law, Silas fuller, Clarence Preston and Charles H. Peaker, Sr.; two adopted brothers, Ralph Bailey and Bernard Campbell; one very special love and friend, Deborah Holton; and adopted son, Cornell Riles and his beloved dog, Jake.
