Gil Esmerido Valdes Fajardo, son of the late Gilberta Valdes Machado and Maria Teresa Fajardo was born on December 8, 1960 in Havana, Cuba. He departed this life on July 27, 2014 of colon cancer. Gil was a very well known and well loved mechanic. He worked for Exxon for 15 years. He would kindly work on the cars of the elderly free of charge, and help people in need to the best of his ability. He re- ceived his education both in the US and Abroad and spoke 7 languages. He married Nancy Allen on September of 2006, and together they continued to raise their children. He was a devoted husband and the best father. He is survived by his wife, and children, Jil, David, Sean, Amy and Micheal; his best four legged friend, Inuyasha; 15 grandchildren and a host of other family. He was a true and loyal friend, who always had a great sense of humor. His family and friends mourn him, he will be greatly missed.
