Charles Edward Gardner, Sr. affectionately known as "Father"
son of the late Walter Gardner and Josephine Holland was born
June 15, 1923 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this earth on
July 10, 2016 after a short illness.
Glen DeWayne Hall Sr" son of Cleo Hall-Gray and Henry Ivan Davis, Jr., was born
November H), 1965 in Baltimore, Maryland. Glen was the seventh oldest often siblings.
He transitioned this life suddenly on July 11, 2016 after a series of lengthy illness.
Glen, also known as "Spinks" and "Mo" was educated in the Baltimore City Public
School System. He received his HV AC Certification and graduated at the top of his class
from Rets Technical Training Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Glen was well-known as
a notable and highly skilled technician.
Growing up, Glen enjoyed playing sports, swimming back-flipping off the walls of
buildings and building go-carts. Glen also liked antagonizing his younger sisters, but of
course he was very protective of them. He was also very comical and liked to play jokes
on his siblings. As Glen got older, he liked hanging out with his friends, playing cards,
and of course fixing things. He really enjoyed watching sports TV and nature channels,
reading Hip Hop weekly magazines and other magazines that kept him up-to-date with
the latest events. But most of all, Glen loved spending time with his boys (sons and
grandsons) whom he adored with all of his heart. Glen had a BIG heart!'! He would give
you the shirt off his back. He would go that extra mile to help anyone (family, friends,
neighbors, familiar faces, and even strangers). Glen was well-known, well-liked, and
without a doubt, well-loved by many.
He leaves to cherish: his beloved wife, Sonia Hall; his beloved sons, Glen Hall, Jr.
"Rooster", Xavier Hall "Bun Bun", Emory Spriggs and Nehemiah Hall; his beloved
grandsons, Dejon and Demari; his mother, Cleo Hall-Gray; his beloved siblings, Reggie,

and Nicole "Nikki", his beloved aunts, Sheila, Linda, and Brenda, his beloved uncle,

in death by: his father, Henry Ivan Davis, Jr.; his grandmothers whom he cherished,
Gertrude Coleman and Geraldine Wade; his aunts, Barbara and Brenda and his uncles,
Andrew, Purnell "Fox" and Tommy. Viewing Joseph H. Brown Jr. Funeral Home
