If anyone should ever write my life story for
whatever reason there might be. "I just want them to
know that knowing Jesus is the best thing that ever
happened to me."
Glenda was born on April 25, 1954 in Baltimore,
Maryland. She was the only daughter ofthe late
Herman and Essie Mae Webb. She suddenly
departed this life on February 9, 2016. Glenda was
educated in Baltimore City Public Schools. She
received her Associates of Arts Degree at Baltimore
City Community College - B.C.C.C, as well as her
Criminal Justice Bachelors of Science Degree at
Coppin State University. Glenda dedicated her life
to Christ at the Shiloh Christian Community Church.
She enjoyed reading, dancing, meeting people and all
types of music from Bach to Toni Braxton. She was
a member ofthe Improved Benevolent Protective
Order of Elks of the World in which she held several
offices.
In August 1987, Glenda began her career in the
Criminal Justice field at the Baltimore County Public
Defender's office where she worked until September
1989. She later transferred to the Division of Parole
and Probation where she worked as a DWI Monitor
until her unfortunate retirement due to a work related
injury in 1996.
Glenda leaves to cherish her memory: her
daughter Aaliyah, son Branden, life partner Norma
Thomas, brothers Henry Jr. and Jesse Peoples, late
Herman Webb (Felice), five God-children and a host
