Gloria Watts was born on March 2, 1943 to the late James and Madelyn Washington in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on June 1, 2013 after a lengthy illness. She was the middle child of three. She was raised in Baltimore and educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. Gloria attended various churches in Baltimore as she grew up. She always made friends wherever she went, always bringing laughter to someone she came in contact with. Gloria loved doing crossword puzzles, listening to music and watching western movies. Gloria leaves to cherish her memory: her Sister, Frances Coles; her two children, Richard and Mario; eight grandchildren, Anthony Chambers, Iyona, Brittany, Shanay, Sharia, Chad, Michael, and Jannika; three great-grand children, Anthony, Justine, and Niya; three nieces, three nephews, and a host of other relatives and close friends. Gloria also leaves to mourn one special friend Margaret Black. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Watts, Sr., her brother, Carl Washington; two children, Steven Watts and Angela Watts. Viewing Joseph H.
