GORDON SQUIRREL was lovingly cared for by Bernard and Robin Reiter for more than 41 years, becoming a deeply cherished member of their family. To their children, Christina Gould, Joseph Reiter, Megan Gordon, Brandon Reiter, and Spencer Reiter, he was not simply someone in their care, but like a brother, sharing in the life, love, and memories of their home. He was also dearly loved by Megan's daughter, Isabelle, who knew him as a special and constant presence in her extended family. The Reiter family is profoundly grateful for the many years they shared with Gordon and the joy he brought into their lives. They find comfort in their faith and hold close the hope of being reunited with him one day in the presence of God.
