On the fourth day of August 2017 Gregory Lamont Price Sr. heard God
declare that it was time for him to occupy a new house. Gregory stepped
out of this roller coaster we call life, and slipped into the seat of the vehicle
that would ultimately transport him from here to eternity.

Gregory was the six of ten children, born to the late John Lee Price and
Mary Sue Price in Baltimore, Maryland on October 1, 1958.

Gregory was educated in the Baltimore City Public Schools, after graduat-
ing he enrolled in Lincoln Tech, were he became a mechanic. After
leaving the mechanic field he went into construction were he built habitat
for the New York Zoo.

In 1986 he married Wanda Wilson and in that union they had Gregory
Lamont Price Jr. Gregory enjoyed being with his family and friends.
Everyone he came in contact with loved him. He had a big smile and a
warm heart; he was a gentle man and a man of peace and love.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his son Gregory Lamont Price Jr.; four
sisters, the late Teletha Price, Patricia Price, Beverly Siakor, and Brenda
Price; five brothers, Sanders Chestnut, the late Douglass Price, Randy
Price, Ivey Price and John Price; three sisters-in-law, Marita Chestnut,
Dorothy Price and the late JoAnn Price; two aunts, Peggy Smith and
Valerie Miller from Spartanburg, South Carolina and a host of nieces and
nephews.
