GREGORY ALLEN-THOMAS SELDON JR. (affectionately
called "Bloop-Bloop"), son of Shantia DeVone and Gregory Seldon
Sr., was born on April 7, 1994. He departed this life on April 22,
2018 after an almost five-year battle with cancer, in which he was
a true soldier. His desire for life was endless, knowing there was
another day to love and believe this will continue.

Gregory, who received his education in the Baltimore City Public
School System, has always been quite the genious. He spent
one week in kindergarten before entering the first grade. When
he began attending Furman L. Templeton Elementary School he
had an awesome teacher, Ms. Tammy Whiting, who remained
his favorite teacher throughout his life. While attending Baltimore
Polytechnic Institute, he was on the football team (2008-2010). He
always loved football and was the #1 fan of the Baltimore Ravens.
Upon graduating from Poly, Greg was accepted into the Morgan
State University Engineering Program; however, he fell ill and was
forced to withdraw from school.

Greg enjoyed playing video games and spending time with family
and friends. In his last days, playing spades was his favorite
pastime during his hospital stay. He celebrated his amazing 24th
birthday with a full house of friends and family, won all the
funds during a game of left-right-center and was quite pleased.

He accepted Christ as his Savior early in life and was baptized by
the Chaplain at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Left to cherish Greg's precious memory are: his "Mom", Shantia:

"Dad", Gregory Sr.; "Nana", Regina Williams; great-grandmother,
Mary Darby; great-great-aunt and godmother, Katie Robinson;
godmother, Gwendolyn McCory; sister, Ashanti Giles; best
friend, AHa Yeboah: girlfriend, Ikiesha Jones; cousin (more like
brother), Kevin Grant; his Poly family, Morgan State family, a
host of other relatives and friends.
