Gwendolyn Deborah Easter, born on November 30, 1952, to the late Nellie Johnson and Morgan McGinnis, departed this life on December 10, 2025.

Affectionately known as Debbie, Lady, and GG, Gwendolyn was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. She was married to James Walker and later to Daryl Easter.

Gwendolyn accepted Christ at an early age. She and her children were baptized at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, where her love for God grew and was evident through her caring, giving, and compassionate spirit.

Debbie consistently modeled strength, generosity, faith, resilience, and hospitality, opening both her heart and her home to those she loved. She was a devoted and present mother who poured love into her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Her vibrant personality and warm demeanor filled every room she entered, Debbie lived a full abundant life, with a love for music and dancing that brought joy to everyone around her.
