Gwendolyn Lee Johnson daughter of Ernest Young/Montre Sydnor and Gwendolyn Lee Johnson was born on August 18, 1989 in Baltimore Maryland. Gwendolyn was her mother's first-born child. She departed her life on October 22,2013 after a tragic death (being shot and killed) in front of her home. She received her education in Baltimore City Schools. On January 26, 2006 at the age of sixteen, she had one of the best days of her life when she gave birth to a 61b 3oz loving, caring, smart, baby girl who she named "Derkia Lamiara Johnson". Everyone who knew her knew Derkia was the key to her heart. Gwendolyn loved to party, have fun, and crack jokes. She always kept everyone laughing at something silly she was doing. Gwen lived her life to the fullest. She never had any regrets. Preceding her in death were her late grandfather Robert Lee Johnson, and her aunts Elaine Johnson and Marilyn Allen. Gwendolyn leaves to cherish her memories, her mother Gwendolyn Lee Johnson (Big Butta), her daughter, Derkia Johnson (Dou); her grandmother Lena Johnson (Boo), father Montre Sydnor; stepfather Ernest Young (Daddy); aunt, Joyce Johnson; most of all her loving girlfriend Chadonna Chase (her Wou); and you can't forget her favorite cousins Lakill (Kia) and Dontay; her niece Taylor; and a host of family and friends that loved her dearly.
