Harold Ellsworth Bouyer, son of the late Raymond A. Bouyer and Lillie Mae Bouyer, was born June 4, 1945 in Glen Burnie, Maryland. He departed this life on Saturday, September 16, 2006 at approximately 8:50 a.m. after a brief illness. Harold attended Freetown Elementary School and graduated from Wiley H. Bates Hiogh School, Class of 1963. After high school, Harold join the Army where he received an honorable discharge. In his early years, Harold worked for the Glidden Paint Company. For the past 33 years, Harold worked at BonSecours Hospital until he retired due to his illness. As a child, Harold attended Hall United Methodist Church and, in recent months, returned to his roots. Harold was previously married to Sylvia Maxine Bouyer. Although there were no children born from this union, Harold loved all the children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Harold was a quiet person who enjoyed watching all sports on television. Wheneveranyone called, Harold would say, I'll call you back after the game. ''He loved being with his great grand children and he would bring them to the country to play, especially watching Dayla play in the sand. In the last few months, Harold found peace sitting outside under the trees enjoying the beauty of God's work and the quiteness of the day and eating the delicious meals prepared by Rozell and Jerome . Harold leaves to mourn his passing: a sister, Inez Bouyer; a brother, Anthony Tony Bouyer; three stepchildren-Keith, Ashella, and Rhonda; nine step grandchildren-LaKeisha, Vernon, Tia, Kendra, Kyra, Keith, Kiara, Jasmine, and Keon Donte preceded him in death; five great grand stepchildren-Tyshon, Dayla, Demond, Vernon III and Tyjai; two nieces Tonica Bouyer-Moore and Dietra Bouyer; one nephew-Don Keith; a nephew-in-law-Rev. Kenneth P. Moore; nine great nieces and nephews; twograt aunts-Dorothy Matthews and Mary Spencer; two uncles; four aunts; and a host of other relatives. He also leaves behind a close friend, Howard Brooks, and his best friend and classmate, Harry Johnson.
