Harold Bubby, Jaboh, Santa D. Rusk, Sr., went from labor to reward on October 15, 2009. He was born to the late Lloyd H. Rusk and Dorothy Rusk Tighman. He was born August 16, 1932 in baltimore, Maryland. He attended Baltimore City Schools and received college education from CCB and Bay College and received an AA degree from Bay Colege. He worked for Baltimore city and the State of Maryland. He retired from the Baltimore city Department of Social Service. He met and married Christine Jackson. Of this union wre one son and two daughters, Harold Jr., Michelle and Dorothy. Later two more daughters were fathered, Lisa and Christine. Harold was baptized and confirmed at St. Katerine of Alexandria Episcopal Church where he was an Acolyte. He served on the board of Rector's guild and was chairman of the Hospitality committee. Hebelong to Hiram grand Masonic temple and was Vice President of the Penn North Plaza resident Council. He loved horse racing, church activies, making suggestions and giving advice pertaining to social needs and problems. He also loved listing to jazz and gospel music and attending concerts. He leaves to cherish his memory; his stepfather, James Tighman; one son Harold Jr.; four daughters, Michelle Matthews, Dorothy Dot Rusks, Lisa Rusk and Christine Reed; aunt, Mrs. Thelma Butler; two sisters-in-law Carol Rusk and Shirley Rusk; two sons-in-law, Erick Matthews and Timothy Reed; eleven grandchildren, one great-grandchildren; devoted friends, Susie Hatch and Gloria Beverly; the Penn-North Family; and a host o fnieces, cousins, friends and other relatives.
