Harry Willaim DeMinds, son of the late Alvin DeMinds Sr. and Mary DeMinds, was born on January 3, 1943. He departed this life on April 1, 2008 after a lengthy illness. Harry accepted Christ into his life at an early age under the leadership of St. Pius V Catholic Church. He was a very humble man who never stood for hearing unkind words being spoken about another person. He believed there was good in everyone no matter who it was. Harry was a quiet, sweet, and gentle man who was loved by all. He was educated in the Baltimore City Schools. Throughout his adult life he was employed for many years with the Baltimore City Government. To cherish his memory Harry leaves: two sons, Aristeven ''Mook'' and Marquis; a daughter, Jamilia; one granddaughter, Asia; five sisters, Gloria, Rose, Sheila, Martha and Mildred; three brothers, Butch, Alvin Jr., and Larry; two brothers-in-law, Matho and Joe; two aunts Mary Frances Holmes and Annie ''Sis'' McKee; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Harry's wife Betty, son Antione ''Weasel,'' two sisters, Anna and Margaret and his brother, Gable preceded him in death.
