Henry Kelly Jr., son of the late Henry Kelly Sr. and Margett Billups. Henry was born on March 12, 1923 in King and Queen, Virginia. He departed this life on October 9, 2011, after a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his two older sister, his daughter, Genise Kelly and his grandson, Terry Stancil. Henry received Christ at Faith Baptist Church in Baltimore, Md. Henry received his education in the Baltimore City School System, attending Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School. After high school, Henry served in the United States Army. After serving in the Army, Henry met and married Alice Kelly. Henry was employed at the Veterns Hospital. He was also a retired inspector manager for The Housing Authority of Baltimore City. Henry enjoyed watching CNN and baseball. Henry leaves to mourn his loving wife, Alice Kelly, four daughters, Oglatha Kelly-Wilson, Jacquline Kelly, Grace Kelly and Francine Jackson, two sons, Alonzo Stancil and Willis Washington, two daughters-in-law and son-in-law, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and other family members.
