Herbert Jerome Lemon, affectionately known as Hezekiah, was the eldest male offspring of Angela and the late Herbert Lemon. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on June 4, 1976. Hezekiah was raised in the church and came to know the Lord at an early age. He became a member of Greater Refuge Temple Charismatic Church of God in Christ under the ordained leadership of the late Bishop W.E. Nelson. The joy of the Lord was evident in his life by his abundance of friends, his love for his family especially the children, and his virtually ever-present smile. A product of the Baltimore City Public School System, Hezekiah attended Forest Park High School, graduating in 1996. While in school, he was very active in the athletic program, running track and playing football, from which he received many awards, certificates and trophies. Football was indeed one of his passions and an enjoyment in his life. Hezekiah also attended Montgomery College, where he studied Business Administration. Hezekiah had and entrepreneurial zest. He was the proprietor and operator of Metropolitan Janitorial Services. Hezekiah leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Angela Lemon; nine siblings; LaTanya, Antonio, Andre, Antoine, Frances, Jazzie, Courtney, Anitra and Michael; one brother-in-law, Tony; one niece, Tiona; five nephews: Rashad, Andre, Ahmad, Rahkim and Terrell; his grandparents, Albert and Rebecca Hardy; his aunts, Annie Bell and Annette; is uncles, Leroy, James and Eugene; his godparents, Leroy and Ruby Griffin; his best friend Tyjuan Tate; and a host of other relatives and friends. His father Herbert Lemon; his sister Tiffany Lemon; along with his aunt and adopted mother, Surena Lemon, preceded him in death.
