Herbert Thomas Jr., also known as ''Buddy,'' son of the late Herbert Thomas Sr. and Thelma Thomas, was born on Febuary 1, 1931 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on March 23, 2008, after a lenghty illness. He received his education in Baltimore, Maryland public schools. At a early age, he joined the United States Army. After serving his country, Herbert becamne a truck driver for different trucking companies. After so many years of driving, he retired. Buddy married the former Dorothy Thomas. Out of that union, he had 4 children; Rita, Ava, Deniece, and Hermian Thomas. In 1976, Buddy married Ella Morris. He then became the stepfather of seven more children. Buddy leaves to mourn; his wife, Ella M. Thomas; seven children; Rita Deniece, Pam, Nickia, Thomas and Gregory. A host of other family and friends.
