Hester Jane Miller was born into this life on March 12,
1930 and departed this life on August 20, 2017. After a lengthy illness she
claimed her final home in glory. She was the daughter of the late Mollie
Mary Miller and Felix Bembo.

Hester spent her childhood in Manning, South Carolina where she was raised
by Lee Miller. She received her education in the Manning School System.
Hester dated her childhood sweetheart, Willie Miller, Sr. who she later
married in 1947. They resided in Baltimore, Maryland and out of this union
eight children were born. She held several jobs, but the most prosperous of
them all was being a wife and a mother. This was the one thing that pleased
the love of her life, the man that Jehovah-God gave her. The two truly
became one; Hester was proud to be a loyal member of the Jehovah's
Witnesses, boldy proclaiming and professing the God she served. Hester
held onto her faith during her most critical time of life and this is what kept
her going and brought her through.

Hester was preceded in death by her husband Willie Miller, Sr. and her
daughter Sheila Miller.

She leaves to cherish her memories her seven children, Neon, Jeffrey
(Debora), Anthony (Karen), Mena (Warren), Willie, Jr. (Karla), Eric (Judy),
Michele (Antonio); four siblings, General Lee Bembo (S.C), Lurena Martin
(Bronx, NY), Anne Stafford (NY), Shirley Bligen (Bronx, NY), from her seven
children came twenty-two grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren,
twenty-one great great granchildren; six cousins, who were like siblings, who
were the children of Robert and Rosa Sabb; seven in-laws, Mattie May,
Lonnie, Issac, Rebecca, Rose, Joanne and Shirley all from South Carolina; a
devoted friend, Ms. Mary Kennedy and a host of other family members and
friends.
