Hope Lisa Howard was born February 23, 1964, to the late Bobby Lee Howard Sr. and Diane Ellen Howard. She suddenly fell asleep in death on Saturday, January 3,2015. Hope grew up in the West Baltimore area. She was educated in the Baltimore City School System and earned an Associates' Degree at Baltimore City Community College. Hope was always the life of the party. She loved to sing, dance, laugh and tell jokes. She loved her children and parents unconditionally, and would give her last to anyone in need. Although Hope never dedicated her life to Jehovah, she often communicated how much she wanted to serve Him with a complete heart. Hope was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Lee Howard, Sr. and her brother Darrell Darnell Howard. She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Diane Ellen Howard; her son Timothy Howard; her daughter-in- law, Taisha Howard; her daughters, Kelly Rustino and Lisa Rustino; their father, Gregory Rustino; two grandsons Titus Howard and Thailin Howard; her brother Bobby Lee Howard, [r.: one sister-in-law, Carlene Howard; her sister, Darlene Howard-Basker; one brother-in-law, Marvin Basker; two special friends Belinda and Selina; and a host of aunts (whom she loved as mothers), uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
