Suddenly on Friday, January 13, 2012, Howard Eugene Sye, Sr., eminentknown as Moe, Sonny and Shorty Forty departed this life at Harbor Hospital Center. Howard was born on June 5, 1960 to the late Charles Tobias ad Louise Sye in Baltimore, Maryland. He was educated in the Baltimore Public School System where he received his diploma from Carver Vocational Technical High School. Howard worked several jobs throughout his life. Most recently he was employed the The Maryland Club. As a child Howard was given the nickname "Sonny Boy." Once he reached age 21, he dropped the "Boy." To know Howard was to love him and if you called him "Sonny Boy" that's when the debate began. Ending the debate with one of his favorite saying "My Fried." Howard was a lovable guy and made friends wherever he went. He had tremendous love for his family and friends and a passion for cars, cleaning, walking, and dancing. No matter the time or weather, he would walk as many miles needed to reach his destination "refusing all rides." His cleaning was immaculate. Lastly, Howard had a unique styles of dancing. One of his favorite sayings was "Don't Watch Me," Watch the moves I make."" His favorite dance moves were lying on the floor and sliding through someone's legs. He leaves behind to cherish his fond memories; his mother, Louis Sye; six children, Hyisha, Howard, Tyesha, Tabias, Andrea, & Andre; one brother, Ronald, three sisters, Valma, Ivory and Gladys; one brother in law, David; one sister in law, Betty two great uncles; two aunts; two great aunts; two brothers, Andre & Maurice Sye whom preceded him in death, and a a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
