Hugh Ebanks Jr., son of Mary Lee Murphy and Hugh Ebanks Sr. was born on June 22, 1959. He departed his life on January 12, 2015. He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System where he loved to play football and make things in woodshop. After high school he served in the United States Marines and received an honorable discharge. He then became employed for Whiting and Turner Construction Company and Interior Specialist. He received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and loved encour- aging people because he wanted to give back what was given to him. He had plans to become a counselor and was attending classes at the VA. Hugh loved sports and loved to workout, he particularly lovedfootball and was a big Ravens fan. His favorite past time was watching ESPN. At 41 he finally became a father and was very proud. He loved spending holidays with his daughter Aniyah. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Lee and Hugh Sr., his stepmom, Aldis and his brother, Mickey. He leaves to mourn: his daughter, Aniyah and her brother, Dorian, his daughter Karmen and their mom Dena; his sisters, Marlyn, Carol and Jewel; his devotedfriend, J. Lorraine Chatman and her children, Jeneze and Robert Ill, her grandchildren Q' Mara, Robert IV, Joy, Ronnell and Jamiyah also a host of other relatives andfriends. Memories of Hugh will always be cherished and his heart warming smile will be missed.
