IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Inez D.
Richardson
November 18, 1961 – March 17, 2019
Inez Debra Richardson (Debbie), daughter of Walter Curtis (deceased) and Armenta
Richardson, was born on November 18,1961, in Baltimore, Maryland. Debbie gained her wings
on March 17, 2019, following a lengthy chronic illness. She received her education through the
Baltimore City Public Schools System. After obtaining her high school diploma, she maintained
multiple employments. More recently, Debbie worked for the Baltimore City Public Schools
System, The Housing Authority of Baltimore City, and St. Joseph Medical Center.
Debbie was a woman who was made out of pure strength, with a sparkle of glitter. She was
known for her soft-spoken voice, a smile that lit up the room, and a heart that would captivate
you before she even introduced herself She was also an awesome cook, who made the best
home-fries with green peppers and onions, and let us not forget about her homemade turkey
burgers!
Debbie was a woman with honesty and integrity. Honesry was Debbie's second name. One
thing for sure, you never had to question Debbie's honesty. She was a devoted and loyal
daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece and friend. She will be deeply missed by so
many people and will forever live in our hearts.
Debbie is survived by her mother, Armenta Richardson; two sons, Jamar and Monteze; one
daughter-in-law, Tiya; two grandchildren, Temera, and Lyric; four brothers, Butch, Ellis,
Chucky, and Pop; four sisters Theresa, Joann, Missey, and Annie; one sister-in-law, Vanessa;
three aunts, Chelly, Germaine, and Diane; two uncles, Gregory and Johnny; three dose friends,
Cathy, Sharon, and Peaches; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Debbie was
met at the gates of heaven by her dad, Walter Curtis; grandmother, Inez; sister, Gina; and
nephew, Lime Chucky.
