Ingram Maurice scroggins sr., affectionately know as "Inky" or "Big I," was born on July 20, 1950 in baltimore, Maryland, son of the late Marian Turner and London whitier. He entered eternal rest on May 1, 2009 after a lengthy illness. Ingram was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. Upon completion of his education he went into the Job Corps. He jioned the U.S. Army where he became a weapons specialist and received an honorable dicharge. After leaving the service he was employed by the U.S. Postal service, Good Humor and Cloverland Dairy. Ingram married his childhood sweetheart Gail on October 8, 1980. From this union two childred were born, Dionne and Ingram Jr. Ingram enjoyed singing, playing games, listening to music and building aquariums. He will be truly missed by everyone who knew him. He leaves to celebrate his life; his wife, Gail Scroggins; daughter, Dionne; two sons, Ingram Jr. and Justin; stepfather, Percy Turner Sr.; two brothers, Percy Turner Jr. and Marcel Turner of Long Beach, Ca. two brothers preceded him in eternal rest, Alvin Dr. and Larry; sister, Muriel Turner; two brothers-in-lws, Albert and Edward Green; three sisters-in-law, June Mabrey, Yvonne Green and Jennifer Turner; two uncles, James Truitt and Oscar Turner; four grandchildren, Nejene, Jalen, IngramIII and Jkaya; and a host of other relatives and friends.
