Irving Ellsworth Cromwell, Jr. was born on August 12, 1953 to late Irving Ellsworth Cromwell, SWr. and Salle Mae Gross, in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life suddenly on July 26, 2008 at St. Agnes Hospital. Irving grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System where he graduated from Edmondson High School. His hobbies included music and movies, plus he had a knack for fixing things. He was a hard worker at BGE, Garrison Hardware, Smurfit-Stone and Retail Data. Irving loved spending time with family, especially his son Caelos whose football games he never missed. He leaves to cherish his memory: his son, Carlos Irving Cromwell; mother, Sadie Mae Gross; three brothers, Ronald, Arnett, and David; four sisters, Patricia, Annette Culpepper, Donna, and Jane Coates; two brother-in-law, Rodney Culpepper and Guy Coates; three sister-in-laws, Vernetta Cromwell; one Aunt, Shirley Johnson; former wife and friend, Nicole Cromwell ; a devoted friend, Monica Moore; a best friend, Lorenzo Stewart; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
