Jacqueline A. Taylor, daughter of the late Leroy Taylor Sr. and Ruby McClellean was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 25, 1974. She departed her life on December 4, 2013. Educated in the Baltimore City Public School Systems. Jacqueline went on to further her education to a college degree. She had many professions through out her career but specialized in biology. Jacqueline called "Jackie" by many friends and relatives, was a good communicator. She loved to laugh and smile which showed her dimples. Jackie enjoyed to dance and loved music especially if you played her favorite song. Jackie had a generous spirit, who shared what she had. She leaves to mourn: four children, three daughters, Amber Barganier, Claysha Blue and Cailyn Blue; one son, Larry Barganier; one brother, Leroy Taylor Jr.; two sisters, Mamie Taylor and Allison Knox Foster, Charmaine and Duane preceded her in death and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
