Marley attended BaltimoreCity Public Schools and graduated from SouthwesternHigh School in 2002. He attended Fort Valley State Universityand Hudson ValleyCorrununity College. Marley was employed at Mygrant Glass Company.

Marley possessed aphenomenal unbreakable bond with his family. He wasa God-fearingman, humble, and respectful. Marley was introduced to Christ atMountOliveBaptistChurch. Heparticipatedin annual rivals and Sunday school. His word was his bond and he was dependable. To know Marley was to love him. He made friendswhereverhe went!
