Jamar Montel Green Jr.,
was born on January 23, 2014 to
Maya Z. Sweetwine and Jamar M. Green Sr.. Jamar departed this
earth to be with our Lord on July 26, 2018 due to complications
fromasthma. Jamar was a smart, loving, outgoing child.
He was the centerof attention and his smile lit up the room,
even when he was sick.
He loved to go to the playground, ride his bike like a daredevil
and play basketball. The thing he loved to do the most was play
with Marshall and Chase from his favorite show - Paw Patrol.
His favorite foods were sausage, collard greens and chicken
nugget Happy Meals from McDonald's which he pointed out to
us every time he rode past one.
Jamar also loved the water and looked forward to his weekly
swimming lessons with his cousins. He also had a special bond
with the family dog, which he affectionately named "Apollo Superman."
Jamar loved to learn and play with his camp friends at Kiddie
Clubhouse and was excited thathe would be attending Preschool at
Harlem Park Elementary School inthe fall.
During his short life, we were blessed to witness Jamar's infectious
laughter and joyful dancing and we affectionately called him our
"Little Dancing Machine".He always brought a smile to our faces,
and touched the spirit of everyone that was in his presence.
Even though we are saddened by his passing, we are certainly
thankful for the 4 precious years that we were allowed to spend
with him.
