James Albert Baylorwas born May 12,1957in Baltimore, MDto parents Melvin Robert Baylor and AlbertaCasselDavis. In1975,James graduated from Northwestern HighSchool. Immediately following his graduation,decided to serve his country and enlisted in the United Sates Air Forcewhereheserveduntil hisdischarge in1977.

Throughout the years James was known by many names, including Pretty One,JBMonorail, Flash, RaRa, and of course Fu Man. Never one to be serious, James was always the life of the party. He had the ability to lighten any mood withajokeand that lovely smile. A true kid at heart, James enjoyed playing video games, watching and readinganime, as wellas collecting comic books and graphic novels. He also enjoyed playing cards, as long as he won!

James Baylor, 62, passed away suddenly January 18, 2020. He was preceded in death by his mother Alberta Davis and sister Melvienia Baylor.

Heissurvived by his father Melvin Baylor; brother Melvin Baylor Sr; daughters, Shamere Baylor and Kai Harman; grandsons, Troy Jones and Logan Helton;niecesColleen Baylor, Crystal Boyd, nephews, Melvin BaylorJr.,Carlton Brown, Jamal Baylor; and a host of niece, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
