Exodus 23:20 James Monte Delano Carter was born on May 2, 1992 in Baltimore, Maryland, to Lagwen Antoinette Turner and Monte Delano Carter. The Lord called him home on January 7, 2013. James received his education from Baltimore County Public Schools where he graduated from Dundalk High School. He then went on to continue his education at Baltimore County Community College CCBC. James was sports oriented. He ran track, played football and was on the wrestling team in high school. James also ran and succeeded in many charity marathons. James, also known as "Baby James", was a loving and caring person with a kind heart. He loved his family dearly and would do anything for anyone without being asked to. He was loved by many for his inviting personality, humorous wit, kind smile and giving ways. James was preceded in death by: grandparents Yvonne Edmonds and James Carter; aunt Twanda Carter. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Lagwen Turner and Monte Carter; two sisters Gwenae and Tynesia Carter; one brother Wanya Carter; one nephew Cardell Beck; grandparents James and Veronica Turner; aunts Angel Turner, Keysheia Green, Monica Johnson, Sharond Carter and India Macklin; uncle Devin Carter; a host of cousins, family and friends James, we love you, Rest In Paradise
