James Edwards Jr., son of the late Pearl Lane and James Edwards
was born January 8, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this
life on September 15, 2018 after a short illness.

He received his education in the Baltimore City Schools.

James affectionately called "Tubby", was the first of eight siblings.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Elizabeth Lane;
mother, Pearl Lane and father, James Edwards.

He leaves behind: daughter, Kiska Edwards; grandsons, Tyrell Davis
and James Davis; two great-grandsons, two great-granddaughters;
sisters, Carolyn Sinclair, Yvonne Dunlap, Brenda Dunlap, Loretta
Dunlap and Janet Dunlap-Toliver; brothers, Melvin Dunlap, Ronald
Dunlap and Tyrone Dunlap; spiritual family, James Johnson and
Lolita Brown and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces,
great-nephews, cousins and friends.
