James Alexander "Butch" Harrison
beloved son of the late Leonard and Cornell (Nell) Harrison,
was born June 3, 1945 in Richmond. VA. During the early morning
of Sunday. December 10, 2017 the Lord quietly called
Butch home to live eternally.
Butch received his education in the Richmond Public School System.
In 1964,Butch moved to Baltimore at the urging of his sister, where he
remained.-
He entered the work force holding several jobs. He worked for London
Fog for over 30 years until they closed. There he met some of his best
and lifelong friends. He then went to work for Walbrook Mill & Lumber
where he later retired.
Butch was a very funny and loving guy. He lived life on his terms,
despite what anyone thought about it. He loved his family, especially his
daughter Taiwan and her sons- Cameron and Caleb, and his siblings-
Ann and Len Jr. He shared a special bond with his son, Troy.
Butch also loved cooking for others. A very generous friend, he gave
everybody a nickname. He was always telling a story and jokes. He
would keep you laughing.
