James Edward Holloway the son of Elmer Westley Holloway Sr., and the late Sylvia Rivers Holloway was born August 22, 1965. He departed his life on November 30, 2017 of a short illness.

He attended the Baltimore Public School System.

James was fondly known as Moonie.

He is sorrowfully survived by his son, Brandon; two sisters, Bridget Holloway and Belinda Gasque; two brothers, Elmer Westley Holloway Jr. and Robert Holloway; two uncles, William Thacker and James Holloway; three aunts, Delarees Thacker, Ernestine Rivers and Mildred Holloway; seven nieces, four nephews, thirteen great nieces, eight great nephews and
