Obituary

James Lemon III, son of James Lemon Jr. and the late Rowena Davis, was born June 2, 1968, in Baltimore, MD. ''Jamie,'' as he was affectionately known, departed this life on October 13, 2015. He was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System, and attained his GED in 1989. As a young child, Jaime gave his life to the Lord. He became a member of the Greater Refuge Temple Charismatic Church of God in Christ, where he was baptized under the leadership of Bishop W. Ernest Nelson. He subsequently became a member of Calvary Apostolic Church, where he was or- dained as a Deacon in 1998. Over the years,Jamie worked various jobs. Most of all, he enjoyed doing yard work for family and friends. In addition,Jamie was a naturally gifted artist. He also enjoyed listening to a wide variety of music, and singing. He was best known for walking and riding his bike all over Baltimore City. Jamie was truly loved by all who came to know him. He was easily recognizable by his distinct, infectious laugh, and his signature phrase, "Aww-maan!" His mother, Rowena Davis; sister, Margo "Cup" Lemon; aunt, Surena Lemon; and uncles, Leon and Herbert Lemon, preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memory: his father, James Lemon Jr. (Gwendolyn); one daughter, Lolitta "Tamika" Eberhart; four brothers, Marcus Lemon, J errick Eades, Khary Lemon (Keli) and George Nottingham; two sisters, Atiya Lemon and Zeevelle Nottingham-Lemon; two grandsons, William and Jayden; three uncles, Eugene Lemon (theresa), Gregory Wallace (Adrienne) and Donald Brown; five aunts Anniebelle Mitchell, Rhonda Wallace-Smith (loe), Angela Lemon, Rosalind Holiday and Andrena Carter; three nieces, seven nephews, eight grandnieces and grandnephews; a number of cousins (who were like siblings to him); along with a host of other family members and friends.
