James Wesley Kerr, Sr., son of the late Wesley and Margaret Kerr, was born August 1, 1937, in Upper Malboro Maryland. He departed this life on December 15, 2006, after a lengthy illness. He completed his education in Pricne Georges County School Systems. He later joioned the United States Air Force where he was ''Honoraly Discharged'' after six years of service. He retired from the National Institute of Health as a police afteryearss of service. He later worked for Baltimore Housing Authority for 10 years. Affectionately known as ''Buddy'', he made numberous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him. Buddy was a very caring person, who like to talk, tell jokes, and make his neighbors and friends laugh. He was always helpful to everyone, and his neighbors were very special to him. Buddy love to work in his yard, and his neighbors yards doing garden work. He also enjoyed looking at day time storie, working crossword puzzels and reading the newspaper. Buddy is survived by his sons, James Jr. and Shawn, whom he loved very much and will miss, grandchildren Justin, Joban and Keona, a devoted friend, caregiver and companion Arleaver Bell Sissy, his best traveling buddy and friend James Lee and a heartfelt son Brandon Moore, Cynthia Millette who was like a daughter to Buddy. Emma Izzard who was like a sister and nieces, nephews, and a host of devoted family members.
