James T. Lucas son of Joan Lucas and the late James Lee Lucas was born March
21, 1964, in Baltimore, Maryland. James departed this life on February 16,2019
at 3:00 pm, after a long lengthy Illness.
He attended Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School in Baltimore. There
he was known for his talented art work, he won many matches on the wrestling
team. He worked at several jobs as a forklift driver, food processor, a professional
mover, an electrician's assistant and DJ'd at many events with Kat & Company.
James had a "Big-Heart." He had numerous friends and was always willing to help
others, but he had a special love for children he would help them in any way he
could. His hobbies were collecting music, watching football (love the B'More
Ravens), movies and some reality TV shows. James followed in his father foot-
steps by Cracking jokes about family and friends. With his stories you would be in
tears. He was hilarious.
James was preceded in death by his father, James Lee Lucas and sister Angelique
Wilkes.
He leaves to mourn: his mother, Joan Lucas; 3 sisters, Pamela Tisdale and her
husband D'Artegnon Tisdale Sr., Lashawn Lucas-El and her husband Sahib Silver-
El, and Nicole Wilkes;1 brother, Vincent Lucas and his companion Lareese Miles;
5 nieces and 9.nephews, 5 aunts, 3 uncles, 19 cousins and a whole host of other
relatives and friends.
