Obituary

James Allen McArthur, son of' James P. and Jean I. McArthur was born on February 12, 1950 in Baltimore Md. James departed this life on September 2, 2014 in the comforts of his home. He graduated from Forest Park High School and soon after was inducted into the U.S..Army , in 1970. He was an expert combat marksman and during honorable service was awarded with seven commendations including the Purple Heart. After his discharge from the military, he worked several jobs and later retired from Bethehem Steel in 1994. James wedded the true love of his life, Sandra Boone, and spent twenty eight years of a joyful and challenging marriage before his departure. During this union they produces a beautiful child, Patice. He was a devoted father to all his children. James had an outgoing and fun loving personality, and made numerous friendships throughout his lifetime. He will truly be missed by everyone who knew him. He leaves to mourm: his wife Sandra; daughter, Patrice; step-daughter, Lynette; one son, Keith; three grand daugthters, Ke'vona, Sequoia and, Elaina, his parents James P. and Jean McArthur; two brothers Kevin and Terry; one uncle, Jerome, and a host other relatives and friends Viewing Joseph H.
