Obituary

James Michael Johnson, the forth child of Mary Elaine Dorothy Johnson and Lemuel Johnson, was born on July 3, 1952. He was called home by his Heavenly Father on August 10, 2010. He was born and raised in the catholic faith and attended St. Veronic Roman Catholic church where he served as an altar boy. James "big Mike" Johnson received his education from the Baltimore City Public School System and was a graduate of Forest Park High School. He was employed at Bethlehem Steel, Harbison-Walker Bricklayers and The Walter's Art Gallery. He remained employed at the Walter's Art gallery until his illness. Mike loved music, watching westerns, playing Pinochle, crabbing and Johnson family gatherings. He was also the "HandyMan" to all his family and friends. Mike was a devoted family man and will be truly missed by everyone. He leaves to cherish his memory; his devoted wife, Diane; children, James Michael Johnson, Jr., Damon Lamont Johnson, Tanya Charlene Johnson, Janis Lee Greene, Morgan E.V. Warren and robert Warren, III; eleven granchildren, Shawna, Damon Jr., Jayleen, Javon, Jaden, Kaylen, Kiara, Christian, Justin, Prince and Camie; five sisters, Victoria, Joan, Linda, Phyllis and Barbara Jean; four brothers, William, claude, Bruce and Marty; mother-in-law, Mae Morgan; five sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law, two daughters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
