James Jr. Sheppard, better known as Shepp, was born June 22, 1947 in
Martin County, North Carolina. Shepp departed this life on March 2,2016
struggling with short term illness.

Shepp received some education in North Carolina Public School. Later
in life his departed mother, Blanche Sheppard and departed father, James
Sheppard moved to Baltimore where Shepp continued his education at
Baltimore City Public School #298.

Shepp was a well known person who was loved by everyone. When it
came to fashion Shepp could be a handful, he loved keeping up with the
latest fashion.

Shepp leaves to cherish: Diane, Wendy, Tracey, Kim, Katherleen and son,
