James Lewis Talley Jr. was born on December 24, 1967, to
the late James L. Talley Sr. and Abbie L. Miles in Balti-
more, MD. Suddenly, on November 30,2018, he was called
home to be with his Lord and Savior.

James, affectionately known as Sikes, received his educa-
tion in the Baltimore City Public School System. He was
employed by Jerry Alt. Trucking for many years alongside
his brother Michael Talley ("Tree"). James was one of the
most caring people you could meet, he would give the shirt
off of his back to anyone in need. He was also very selfless,

outgoing, and sociable. He loved everyone.

James was preceded in death by his father, James L. Talley
Sr. and son, Tavon T. Talley.

James leaves to cherish in his
