James Robert Williams, SE. was born on June 15, 1934 to the late Robert Smith and Mattie Williams day in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on August 30, 2009 atfer sudden ilness. He received his eddcation at Frederick Douglass High School in Baltimore and also took classes at Morgan State University. Although he had several jobs including taxi driver, hospial worker, and postal workers, he spent the majority of his life to being a servant of Jehovah God and sybolized it with a water baptism. James was known for his mild-mannered personality and the love he had fo God and his family. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves to mourn: his wife, Chris Williams; eight children, James Karim, Valli Lampkins, Kevin Williams, Cheryl Bennett, Lisa Lee, Paula Williams, Jamie Williams and Jamika Williams-Bradford; twenty-two grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, six in-law and many other relatives and friends.
