JAMES "CHUCKY" WORSLEY was born to Catherine Thomas and Ralph Dawson on January 9, 1953 in Baltimore, Maryland. On Tuesday, August 5, 2014, he peacefully departed this life and transitioned into eternal rest. James received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. In 1972, he eagerly enlisted in the United States Marines Corps, where he achieved the rank of Lance Corporal. He also served in the United States Marine Reserves. After being honorably discharged, James returned home, where he worked various jobs. At the time of his death, he was employed with Catholic Charities. He dedicated his life to Christ and was baptized at Ray of Hope Baptist Church, where he served as a faithful member for several years. James enjoyed listening to baseball and football, whether it be on the radio or television. When neither of those were on the air, James found peace in eating ice cream and watching old westerns. James was a person that you could not help but enjoy being around; with him, you were always guaranteed a good laugh. He made friends wherever he went, such a devoted son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend will Sincerely be missed. James leaves to celebrate his life: his mother, Catherine Thomas; daughter, Tina Worsley; grandson, Glenwood (BJ); three sisters, Myra, [o Ann and Carol; brother, Derrick; a host of nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends including a very special friend, Wanda Anderson.
