Jarmar Jones was born on September 1,1991, in Baltimore, Maryland to Richard Henry Jones, Sr. and Shirelle Carlena Jones. On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, after an illness, Jarmar was called home to be with the Lord.
Jarmar, affectionately known to family as "Mar" or "Mar Mar" received his early education in the Baltimore City School System. He was often a man of few words but built lifelong friends in school. He played Lacrosse at Walbrook High School and graduated from Augusta Fells Savage Institute of Visual Arts.
Jarmar was employed at a variety of jobs and left an impression at each place. His coworkers especially admired him for taking care of his kids. He was a huge sports fan. He enjoyed watching Ravens and Orioles games with family.
Jarmar leaves to mourn his parents Rick and Shirelle Jones; his kids Gabrielle and Jeremiah Jones; his siblings Richard Jones Jr., Stephen Sutton Jr., Tiffany (Kweisi) Ehoize; his aunts Joyce Jones, Rose Rahmings, Ivory Goode, Kathy (George Reed), Crystal (William) Haynes, Sudah (Jerome) Parker; his uncles Gregory (Cynthia) Jones, Andre (Jill) Moore, Kurt Davis, Shah Moore, Ibna Moore, Mohammad Moore; his Grandmother Norma Melvin; his nieces and nephews Ryan Marie Jones, Richard Jones III, Stephen Sutton III, Charm Sutton; and his special friends Toni, Jasmine, Ladiedre; and a host of cousins and other relatives and dear friends who will continue to cherish his memory.
Jarmar will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
