Jeanette Marie Goins was born to the late Margaret and Cecil Goins. Nettie as she was affectionately called by many received her education at Baltimore City Public Schools. Nettie at a very early age had a love for the Lord. Early on in age she would go to work with her mom as she retained all she learned from her nursing skills. And she took on the same admiration of taking care of those in need.

Later in life Jeanette took on the challenge of Motherhood given life to her 2 girls & 1 boy. They were the love of her life. She was a person that spoke her mind. She looked forward to spending family time with her kids, grandkids & greatgrands. Nettie lived her life to the fullest. And she was sure to do it her way with no regrets. Jeanette found love and later married Raymond Snowden.

Jeanette had a smile that would light up any room. She had a protective charisma that if you shared a secret with her she would keep it and never parted out her mouth about it. She enjoyed getting her nails done and playing dress up in all her fashion with a plethora of stylish wigs. Nettie made a statement for sure especially when she would go out sliding through the city with her Sister Betty. Jeanette could make you laugh and tears come out your eyes with her many humorous sayings and jokes.

Jeanette's love for the Lord always took priority in her life; she became a Deaconess of New Joy Ministries; she made sure her lineage knew to trust the Lord no matter life's obstacles and to Love One Another as such. Although Jeanette fell ill she never allowed it to keep her down. She embraced it as she did all things in her life. She forged a relationship with her PCP Dr. Ali & Kidney Specialist Dr. Yen. They became like family to her and she looked forward to cutting up with them on her visits.

Jeanette was survived by and leaves to cherish his memories with Husband Raymond Snowden her children Towanda Goins-Burrell (Michael), Monic Goins-Chandler (Timothy), Durrone Goins (Tamika), Toby Randolph, Nicole and Zina, (2) God Children Towanda Ross and Quanza Houston, Bonus Son Terrence Moody (Le Chadora). (10) Grandchildren Taquanna, Jameria, Donta, Jaquanna, Di'erah, Duvonna, Jawanna, Ja'Zeria, Jaaziel and Janiyah. (8) Great-Grandchildren Zoey, Xavier, Charlie, Terrence, Lilly, Larry, Ja'Quan and Daelyn an host of Brothers, Sisters, Nieces, Nephews and her Best Friend Sylvia Smith.
