Jeanette C. Waugh was born in Baltimore, Maryland on April 25, 1966 to Mamie J. Waugh Johnson and Warren F. Waugh, Sr. Jeanette was affectionately known as "Nay-Nay" or "Nay". She attended Baltimore city Public Schools, graduating from Francisd M. Wood Senior High in 1984. Jeanette continued her education, attaining GNA certification as well as license from Ron Thomas cosmetology School. she was a dedicated and hard worker who loved to help and serve others. Jeanette took on various jobs, later working as a "Teller" At BWI Airport until she couldn't due to her sickness. Jeanette was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, mother and aunt. She loved to cook, bake cakes, shop and wear the latest fawshion and kept her hair tight. She made sure her sons and nephews went to the library on Saturdays and church on sundays. Jeanette was a religious woman who loved and feared GOD; she also loved to spoil her boys but never spared the rod. Jeanette was called home on January 8, 2010, at Sinai Hospital. Jeanette was preceded in death by; her guardian-father Edward H. Barnes; her sisters Debbie Waugh, Tracey L. Reeves, and Nicole L. Barnes. She leaves loving memories with her guardian-mother Doris M. Barnes; her biological parents Mamie J. Johnson and Warren F. Waugh Sr.; her sons dante D. Knight, Carlos L. Washington Jr. and Orlando J. Washington; her grandsons De'yon and Denim Knight; her brothers Cedric R. Waugh Sr. and Warren F. Waugh Jr., her sisters Beverly A. Waugh and Hope V. Hall; her brothers & sisters-in-law Edwin & Marta Hopkins and Anthony & Linda Ho0pkins; her devoted friend Kandice Harcum; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
