IN LOVING MEMORY OF

Jenkins, Sr.
January 7, 1953 – March 21, 2019
Jeffrey Michael Jenkins Sr., son of the late James Thomas Jenkins Sr. and Naomi
Spriggs Jenkins, was born on January 7, 1953 in Baltimore, Maryland. Jeffrey
was one of seven children born to this union. He was preceded in death by James
T. Jenkins Jr. (Jimmy) and Jonathan C. Jenkins. He departed this life peacefully
on Thursday, March 21,2019 at the Season's Hospice in Franklin Square Hospital
in Baltimore, MD.
He received his education in the Baltimore City Public Schools System. He
attended Edmondson High School, class of 1971, and took pride in singing on the
school choir led by Ms. Georgiana Chester. At an early age he joined Sharon

to his siblings as Mike, he was a devoted father, brother, uncle and a wonderful
friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He had a passion for music, art
and cars. He loved to draw, specifically hot rods. He was a shining light to all who
met him.
After high school, he began working at RR&S Construction Company. Over the
course of his life he was also employed by Reed's Pest Control and Toyota. For
the past 17 years he was employed with Allied BartonlUniversal Security at T.
Rowe Price as a lieutenant officer, from which he retired in 2017. He was a very
dedicated employee and would often arrive at work several hours before his shift.
Always professional and pleasant, he often greeted everyone by their first name.
He leaves to cherish his memory: daughter, Jalena M. Nowlin (husband, AI);
