Jeffrey Monroe Reese, son of the late Elouise Moses and James Monroe

Reese was born on October 31, 1966. After a lengthy illness God saw that

the road was getting rough and said, "Peace be still" and called him into

Eternal rest.

Jeffrey received his education in the Baltimore City Public Schools and

graduated from Francis M. Wood in 1984. He received his certification as

a cook and was employed with Housing Authority of Baltimore City as a

construction worker.

Jeffrey was affectionately known to family and friends as "Tree". Although

he was away from family and friends for a period of time, he was loving

and caring. Tree had a passion for music. His favorite musical artists was

Eric B., Rakim and Anita Baker. He loved to play basketball and was a true

comedian, who, could make anyone laugh.

He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Maggie, Robert,

Joan and James and nephew, Peanut.

He leaves to cherish his memory: Jeremiah Reese, Clarence Moses EI,

Willard Moses EI and David Reese; 14 nieces and nephews, Eric, Wanda,

Towanda, Tyest, Latarsha, Terrell, Anthony, Tyice, Aja, Sean, Robert Jr.,

Dai 'jah, Arvin and Moses and a host of great nieces, nephews, relatives and

friends.
