Jermaine Devon Blue was born on December 31, 1981 in Baltimore, Maryland to Yvette Dixon and Jonathan Blue. Jermaine departed this life on July 28, 2012 unexpectedly. Jermaine received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. Jermaine was a fun person to be around; he loved his family and his friends. He enjoyed listening to music. Jermaine had a smile that just warmed your heart. He enjoyed spending time with his children when he was able and his little cousins Kiyon, Daquan and Baby Khalil. Jermaine was preceded in death by his uncle Andre blue Sr., and his grandfathers John Brown, Charles Bowie, Ant Margie Gardner.
