Jerome Thomas Hall, son of Raymond Shine and the late Bernice Hall was born on November 1, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on June 8, 2013 after a lengthy illness. He received his education through the Baltimore City Public School System. Upon completion of his education he became employed by Baltimore City where he rendered 31 years of dedicated service. He was always devoted to his job and co-workers. He loved the presence of children as he fondly called them "lil people". He married Wanda Campbell, and out of this union two children were born, the late Kathleen Hall and Jerome Thomas Hall Jr. In his earlier years, he enjoyed clubbing, hanging and cutting up with the guys. Helping and spending time with children was one of his favorite joys. Jerome's later years consisted of his enjoyment to work, travel, catching up with old friends and quality time with his girlfriend, Pat. Jerome was well known and made numerous friends wherever he went. Although he lived a very private life, he was very outgoing, out spoken and dedicated to people and things that meant the most to him. He leaves to cherish his memory: daughter, the late Kathleen Hall; son, Jerome Jr.; mother, the late Bernice Hall; brothers, Miton and the late Glenn Hall; uncle, Vernon; sisters-in-law, Gustavia and Carol; nieces, Cynthia, Simone and Samantha; nephews, Sean and Anthony; great niece, Chade'; great nephews, Joel and Jarrell; dedicated and devoted girlfriend, Pat; best friends, Lillian Campbell and Robert Cooper, the M.O.E.D. Family and a host of other relatives and friends. Jerome will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him.
