Jerome Newton, son of Novella and Woodrow Newton was born on

December 5, 1984 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on May 2,

2019 at 8 p.m.

He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System.

After School, Rome gained employment in the labor field. All the way until

he couldn't.

Jerome never had children, but he raised Khamirah as his own daughter; as

well as being a father figure to his nieces and nephews.

Jerome made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely be

missed by everyone. Rome will always be in everyone's heart. "Long Live

He leaves to mourn: mother, Novella; two brothers, Robert (Ghost) and

Chesley; uncles, Martin Smith, Brock Sellers, Michael Perry; cousins,

Corrine Brooks Demetric Harris; Kenisha Harris; sister, Tyeasha.
