Jessie Brown, son of the late Mary Frazier and George Brown was born
August 9, 1946 in Baltimore City. He was the sixth child of eight children,
five which preceded him.
Jessie attended Baltimore City Public Schools #161, #130, and Carver Voc.
Tech High School. After graduating from school he attended the United States
Air Force in 1965, where he gained rank of Tech Sergeant. After leaving the Air
Force Jessie became a Correctional Officer for the MD State Pen. He was an
good employer with the Parks Sausage Company and he also worked for a seed
company.
He enjoyed drawing and doing puzzle pages as his bobby. He was a member
of the Saratoga St. Social Club.
On April 7, 1988 Jessie married Jacqueline and was a father to three children,
Tonya, Ronald and Keith.
He leaves behind: his wife, Jacqueline Brown; step-daughter, Tonya Maddox;
son, Keith Green; two brothers, Pringle and Carroll; one sister, Chileta Grimes;
one brother-in-law, Norman; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and
one adopted daughter, Darlene and a host of other relatives, nieces, nephews and
friends.
