JESSIE DELIA SMITH, daughter of the late Leroy Belton Smith and the late Annie Rebecca smith, was born on October 6, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland. Jessie had one daughter, Tynesa Davis, whom she loved very much.Tynesa had three children who were Jessie's pride and joy. She also loved dancing, music, art, travling and her familyand friends. Jessie was a very beautiful person who loved life and was well known for the advice she gave. Jessie was sick for quite sometimes. The Lord saw that she was tired and called her home t be with Him, where she would suffer no more. She leaves to cherish her memory; her devoted husband, Phillip Brown; loving daughter Tynesa Davis, four sister, Betty Cross, Lilly Johnson, Veronica Turner and paradalia Sullivan; three brothers, Tommy Tilman, Montaz Wirght and Micheal Wright; her son-in law, Montaque Wright; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews family and friends.
